My walk with Christ started at a very young age as a member of the catholic faith. My mother was essential to making this happen by instilling the importance of God and church in my life. But I realized I was missing an essential piece of my faith by not understanding what having a relationship with Christ was until I came to understand this at Pennyroyal Baptist Church. I rededicated myself to Christ and was baptized in November of 2007. I am proud to call myself not just a Christian, but a disciple. I am learning to rely on my Holy Spirit as my guide and I strive to do God’s will in my life daily.
